• Account details — your email and a one-way hashed password if you create an account, plus any preferences you save (your curated 13F universe and watchlist).
• Event Monitor subscription — your email, if you opt in to the weekly issue.
• First-party analytics — aggregate page views and ad impressions/clicks, so we can measure traffic and bill advertisers fairly. These are counts, not profiles.
• Technical data — your IP address and request metadata, used transiently for rate-limiting, security (blocking injection/abuse), and a bot check on forms.

• We don’t sell or rent your personal data.
• We don’t run third-party advertising or tracking networks. Ads are sold directly through our own Ad Exchange and served first-party.
• We don’t set advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie, and only when you’re signed in.

We rely on a few processors, each seeing only what their job requires:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, database, and the Turnstile bot check.
• Resend — delivering account and Event Monitor emails.
• Stripe — card payments on the Ad Exchange (we never see full card numbers).
• Coinbase Commerce — optional crypto payments, when enabled.

Every Event Monitor issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can manage the subscription from your account settings at any time. Account and security emails (verification, password reset) are transactional and sent only as needed.

You can view and edit your saved preferences in your account, unsubscribe from email at any time, and request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us through the contact form on the site. Public SEC filing data shown on the site comes from SEC EDGAR and is not personal data about you.
